Here is some information to explain how we work, We hope you will find it useful.

The booking system allows you to book 24/7 at a time to suit you. Please always call if you dont see what you are looking for, Im sure  we can fit you in. You can book multiple treatments at a time, just look for the available appointments and book one after the other. If you make a mistake you can always cancel.

When you book your appointment the system is set up to show one of us at a time so please check both our calendars for appointments.

Danielle offers waxing, facials, eyelash perming and tinting, skin peels, manicure, pedicure, gel nails, spray tan. She is currently working Mondays and Tuesdays.

Sarah offers all the services except eyelash perming. She works Tuesday to Saturdays.

We dont have a waiting room or receptionist so please try not to be more than 5 mins early or late for your appointment. The salon at Dundas Road Canford Heath is home based . Its a purpose built room with its own private entrance. It was built it in 2010 so everything is new inside with a spa type feeling for your comfort.

Payment is by paypal or cash on the day please.

Due to new clients often not turning up or failing to let me know they cant make it we have had to implement a £10 booking fee which is fully refunded if you give us more than 24 hours to cancel. Its £20 for appontments over 1.5 hours. As we are extremely busy if you do not turn up its too late for us to offer this app to another client on our waiting list. This will be taken off the final value of your treatments.
